To treat spinal stenosis requires decompression of the nerves, this can be accomplished surgically. But thankfully many patients suffering from stenosis respond to non-surgical spinal decompression, like the technique pictured below.
While decompression therapy is absolutely essential for effective relief of the symptoms of spinal stenosis, other treatments as part of a comprehensive spinal stenosis treatment plan increase the likelihood of successful non-surgical decompression.
