The Vertetrac decompression belt (seen top right) is an effective method to reduce pressure on the spinal nerves.  Spinal decompression relieves pain and/or numbness in the back, buttocks, hip and leg. Laser acupuncture (seen below) can stimulate circulation helping patients suffering from spinal stenosis walk further and more comfortably.  

Combined with lumbar spinal decompression exercises (video below right), most cases of spinal stenosis can be managed without surgery.
